Keywords: sales and operations planning, integrated planning, demand planning, forecasting accuracy, service level In this paper, the current topic of improving the planning system in a trading company is considered by introducing the concept of integrated planning, namely, technology for planning sales and operations The aim of the work is to increase the efficiency of planning in the trading company by increasing the accuracy of forecasting, improving the level of service and establishing interfunctional coordination. In work the basic concepts of the integrated planning are considered, the importance of joint work of all business functions of the company in the planning process is established. Using the example of a well-known trading company, which is the leader of the heating segment, describes the process of implementing the sales and operations planning process (S & OP). All phases of project implementation are disclosed, various means are used to visualize and systemize data. The results of the work are reflected in the model of strategic profit.
