Subject: "Improving the Stock Management System of the company "Wurth-Russia"" The volume of the final qualification work is 98 pages. Key words: Inventory Management System, ABC-XYZ classification, consumer demand forecasting. The object of research of this work is a company "Würth-Rus". The subject of the research are processes that operate within the inventory management system of the enterprise. This paper consists of an introduction, three main text, conclusion and list of used literature. In the introduction, the urgency of the problem is substantiated, the object and subject of the study are determined, the goal and the main tasks are formulated, the practical importance of the problem is determined. In the first chapter, an analysis of the state and trends of the product markets in which the focus company operates is conducted; The analysis of commercial, financial and economic and logistic activities of "Würth-Rus" was carried out, the range of existing logistics problems in the company was defined as applied to the topic of the work. The second chapter describes the conceptual apparatus and some of the methods for improving the inventory management system, such as improving the accuracy of demand forecasting and ABC-XYZ classification methods. In the third chapter, based on the available data, an algorithm for improving the efficiency of the inventory management system was developed and practically applied, and the economic efficiency of the application of this algorithm was estimated. In conclusion, the main conclusions and recommendations on the use of research results are obtained.
