Stimulating economic growth is important issue for Russian Federation. One way to solve this problem might be increasing job satisfaction among workers, which will lead to higher productivity. As in the near future deterioration in labour force in favor of older workers is expected, in this paper I aim to investigate relations between job satisfaction and age. Moreover, I would try to explain observed relations using previous findings in the field.
