Project Management Methods of Large Educational Complexes

Master Thesis represents the model of a large general educational complex management taking into account the reduction in flexibility of large organization management and offering a compensating management mechanisms for strategic and innovative development of the complex. The paper analyzes current management system of a large educational complex, the problems of functional management and delegation and defines solutions for the identified problems on the example of business and education. The author proposes mechanism for transition to project management through the creation of a project office in schools and introduction of new technologies of project management. The work represents the stages of project office implementation in educational complexes and suggests an optimal structure approach , develops criteria of the effectiveness of the project management within an educational complex.
