The paper discusses the impact of litigation on the electoral system as a whole, the formation of political practice. Judicial decisions on the consideration of electoral disputes and normative legal acts regulating the conduct of elections are examined, the branch characterization of electoral disputes is analyzed, the regional practice of influence of the influence of electoral disputes on the developing political and legal processes.
