Within the frame of this study, the principle of procedural economy in arbitral procedural law is examined and submitted to the control of the relevant doctrine. The research method, on one hand, is based on the assumption that arguments of the participants are guided by professionalism. Their interest lies in the rapidest examination of their case possible. On the other, it is posited that there is a necessity of reducing the caseload of the court and its members, but also that it is compulsory to save the federal budget's resources. The definition of the principle of procedural economy, the establishment of the limits of its application and its correlation with the fundamental principles of procedural law, will allow resolving disputable situations arising in the course of application of procedural law norms by courts and persons participating in litigation.
