The active introduction of information technologies into the activities of the courts makes it possible to successfully solve the problems of judicial proceedings. It makes judicial protection a really affordable way of protecting rights. At the same time, the practical implementation of technologies carried out faster than the corresponding relations receive their theoretical justification and legal regulation. A comprehensive study of the problems of the use of information technologies used in civil and arbitration process (including the study of the history of the development of the Institute and the analysis of foreign experience) allows to answer questions about what is e-justice and what is the structure of information technologies used in the activities of courts; how the use of information technology affects the implementation of the principles of procedural law. The work carried out has expanded the existing understanding of the place and role of information technology in the implementation of justice. As a result, it is found that the issues of technology used in the activities of the courts, are also subject to theoretical understanding, as affect the implementation of one of the branches of state power - the judiciary. The results of the study also include proposals to improve the existing procedural legislation aimed at eliminating the identified gaps and contradictions in legal regulation.
