The Problems of Legal Proceedings in Jury Trials in Russia and Georgia: a Comparative Analysis

This article is devoted to the analysis of problems in the legal proceedings with the participation of the jury in Russia and Georgia, the author considers both similar features and distinguishing features of this form of legal proceedings, acting under the legislation of these countries. Key words: justice, judicial reform, proceedings with participation of jurymen, procedure for the formation of the jury in Russia and Georgia, verdict.
