The basis of interethnic and religious conflicts are insoluble contradictions. The clash of ethnic groups remains, unfortunately, is serious problem of modern Russia. At the same time, it can take months and years to settle the conflict, but after a certain lull, it can resume with renewed vigor. It is not to difficult to achieve a complete neutralization of the conflict, especially if a large number of people participate in it, and the actions of the conflicting parties are poorly coordinated.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
