Communication Barriers of Adaptation of Labor Migrants in the Russian Federation

Theme: "Communication Barriers of Adaptation of Labor Migrants in the Russian Federation" The volume of the thesis is 75 pages. When writing the diploma 57 sources were used. Key words: migrant, migration processes, barriers. The object of the study in writing the work was the communicative adaptation of migrants in the Russian Federation The subject of the study was the problems of communication of labor migrants in Russia. The thesis includes an introduction, four chapters, a study, a final conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of research on the chosen direction, the task is set, the purpose of scientific research, its task, the theoretical base of research, its theoretical, practical significance significance. In the upper part of the main types of migration processes, the disclosure of the features of legal regulation of migration processes in the Russian Federation. The second chapter is a study of foreign experience in the countries of near and far abroad. The third chapter describes the Russian adaptation policy for foreign citizens. The fourth chapter appeared as a quantitative study conducted in the online survey format and processed in the "SPSS" program. The conclusion is devoted to the main documents and proposals for the development of programs of the communication group of labor migrants in Russia.
