The main focus of this paper is on problems of planning process organization in the supply chain of distant-retail company connected with implementation of predictive analytics software. It contains the description and analysis of different approaches to business-planning and best practices. During the research there were revealed the premises for implementation of analysis-support information system. Current research provides a foundation for planning process reorganization in the company along with the specific parameters of process set accordingly to the business particularities.
