Keywords: The Improvement of Logistics Activities Efficiency, JSC " Hanjin Transportation " , analysis and selection of EDI-systems, the implementation of EDI, the model of strategic profit. The purpose of this work is to improve the efficiency of logistics activities of the company " Hanjin Transportation " by improving its business process of customer service with help of EDI-technology. In the course of implementation of the tasks, the following methods of implementation of the EDI system were developed for interaction with its customers and contractors: creation of own EDI server with customers and contractors with the largest volumes, as well as the organization of interaction of contractors in the supply chain with help of the EDI – provider. Based on the results of the economic efficiency of the decision, it becomes obvious that it has a positive impact on the financial performance of the company. After implementation of the proposed solution to improve the efficiency of logistics activities, it was possible to increase the return on equity for about 29.7%. 3.
