The Legal Regulation of Organization of Sport Events

The thesis is devoted to the study of the regulatory legal and internal documents, regulation of social relations that arise when organizing sports events. The purpose of the study was an analysis of regulatory legal acts and regulations, related to the preparation of sports events. Research tasks: - analysis of relevant legal acts and internal documents, governing the organization of sports events; - identification of prospects for the development of legal regulation of this sphere. For writing the master’s thesis the following methods were used: universal, logical, analysis, comparative, formal legal method. Empirical basis was the judicial practice of national courts. The structure of the thesis includes an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion and references. The first chapter describes the general characteristics of the legal regulation of the organization of sports events, including their definitions and types of classification, as well as the peculiarities of state and internal regulation of their preparation and conduct. The second chapter is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal regulation of international sports competitions and the study of problem aspects in this sphere. In conclusion of the thesis, the main directions of improving the legal regulation of the organization of sports events.
