Problems and Peculiarities of Legal Regulation of Labour of Distance Workers

Abstract for the master's thesis on the topic: "Problems and peculiarities of legal regulation of remote workers' labor" There is a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of the work of distance workers in this master's thesis, which stating the problems in this sphere of labor relations and proposing ways to solve them. Particular attention was paid to the study of the legal nature of distance work and the delineation of such work with related types of work performed outside the employer's location. The results of the study of individual elements of the legal regulation of distance work made it possible to propose the solution of a number of tasks related to the conclusion and amendment of the labor contract, the labor protection institution, electronic interaction of the parties, and the procedure for the termination of labor relations on additional grounds stipulated directly in the contract itself.
