Problems of Consideration and Resolution of Disputes Arising from Vehicle's Insurance Contracts

The Master’s Thesis explores the issues of the actual legal problems appearing during consideration and resolution of litigation in the sphere of transport insurance. The work contains three chapters about the history of the development and establishment of the property insurance institute, the concept and place of property insurance in the system of Russian law and legislation, the classification of types of property insurance and legal characteristic of transport insurance. The main part of the work is devoted to legal analysis of the court practice in the sphere of vehicle’s insurance. In cause of land transport insurance (with the exception of railway transport means), specifically, automobile transport, is the most popular among customers, the most of the current legal problems are considered on the example of automobile insurance contracts (CASCO). Basing on the results of the analysis, the author has made conclusions on the existence of legislative problems in the sphere of vehicles’ insurance, and has suggested the ways of solving detected problems.
