Abstract on the final qualifying work of Aleksandr Nikolayevich Bulavkin "Legal status of the sports federation". The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of sources used. The purpose of the master's thesis is to give a legal description of the construction of the "sports federation". Objectives of the study: to determine the causes of state regulation of sports; familiarize with the existing approaches to public administration in the field of sports, determine the approach used in the Russian Federation; determine the legal grounds for the existence of sports federations; determine the importance of the acquisition by the public association of the status of the all-Russian sports federation. The first chapter is devoted to the features and reasons for the implementation of the legal regulation of public relations in the field of sports. The second chapter examines the issue of human rights in the field of sports. The importance of the right to unite in this sphere is explained. The third chapter contains a detailed analysis of the legal status of the "sports federation". As a result of the study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) The high importance of sport is due to its ability to meet the needs of the individual, as well as to be the basis for achieving state interests. This is the reason why modern states regulate sports relations, which historically evolved without state intervention. 2) In the course of studying modern legislation and comparing it with the models of state regulation of sports developed in theory, it was determined and proved that a "mixed" approach was used in the Russian Federation. 3) As a result of the acquisition by the public organization of the status of the all-Russian sports federation, it is endowed with special rights and duties, the presence of which makes it possible to characterize it as a key subject of management in the field of sport of higher achievements.
