The topic of the represented research is formulated as Material Responsibility of the Employer to the Employee. This topic has been having an extraordinary importance in labour law for a long period of time. The problem statement of this work is to identify if the norms of material responsibility of the employer to the employee are serve the interests of each party of the labour contract. If they aren’t, the purpose is to identify causes and probable norms which should be transformed and modernized. It is considered, that in the conclusion there will be a confirmation as to whether the norms of responsibility of the employer don’t serve the interests of the employee effectively and fully, so those norms should be reviewed.
