Restriction of the Client's Right to Dispose of the Bank Account: Grounds, Types, Order and Limits

The purpose of this research is to establish, by means of analysis, the grounds, types, order and limits of restricting the bank account's effectiveness and compliance with current legal requirements for turnover, taking into account the forthcoming changes in the norms of civil legislation and the appearance of new types of bank accounts. The structure of the research was built around the concept of a bank account, which refers to documented information protected by a bank secrecy regime created on the basis of and pursuant to a bank account agreement for the possibility of crediting funds and performing other operations on the account reflecting the amount of monetary liabilities of the credit institution to the client. The author, with the help of a number of criteria, differentiated the banking and other accounts, led the system of bank accounts, thereby defining a hypothetical range of accounts whose transactions may be subject to restriction, which became a necessary stage for further research.
