Material Responsibility of the Employer to the Employee

Annotation The volume of the final qualifying work is 52 pages. When writing the work, 56 sources were used. Keywords: material responsibility of the employer, legal responsibility, responsibility in the labor law. The object of this research is public relations related to the material liability of the employer and protection of the rights and interests of the employee. The subject of the study are theoretical provisions on the liability of the employer, the nature of the employer's liability in the labor law, the current legislation on the liability of the employer and its further development. The purpose of this study is to study and summarize the theoretical provisions set forth by scientists in thematic works, analyze the current legislation on the liability of the employer, identify theoretical and practical problems, and further develop recommendations for improving labor legislation. The final qualification work includes: introduction, three chapters and conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research, sets the tasks to be solved in the research process, also poses a problem, indicates the methodological base of the study, substantiates the practical significance of the work. The first chapter deals with the theoretical aspect of the employer's liability and substantiates the independence of liability as a type of legal liability. In the second and third chapter of the study, the details of the grounds for employer involvement in material liability are considered and the legislative provisions are correlated with relevant judicial practice. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions of the research done and on their basis proposed improvements in labor legislation.
