The Contract of Accession in Russian and Foreign Law

In the work we compare Russian and foreign (France, Germany, Netherlands) contract approaches, relevant court practice and doctrine to identify current position of accession contract in Russian law system. Taking into account recent amendments to the article 428 and the fact that in the last few years there were no careful researches in this field, we are primarily concentrated on analysis of ways of development of Russian law.
