The theme of this master's work is about significance of the main documents in doping testing process, which are: the doping protocol, the additional protocol for violation of anti-doping rules and the notification list for athletes about doping control. They are very important not only in the doping control process, but also in general doping cases. Nowadays, the problems associated with doping in sport are increasingly emerging in the world. That’s why the relevance of this study is incredible for sport industry. The purpose of this study is to review the list of documents and processes about doping testing to identify problems associated with them and to find solutions for these problems. There are five main tasks in the study, they are: - To research the regulatory legal fixing sources of doping protocol forms, the additional protocol for violation of anti-doping rules and the notification list for athletes about doping control; - To study parts of doping testing process, which are associated with the doping protocol, the additional protocol for violation of anti-doping rules and the notification list for athletes about doping control; - To analyze persons directly interacting with the doping control process, the additional protocol for violation of anti-doping rules and the notification list for the athletes about doping control; - To describe the stages of doping control process, which are responsible for using the doping protocol, the additional protocol for violation of anti-doping rules and the notification list for athletes about doping control; - To review the doping protocol, the additional protocol for violation of anti-doping rules and the notification list for athletes about doping control; Graduation qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and bibliography.
