Professional Representation in the Arbitration Court: Current Status and Development Prospects

This paper analyzes the institute of professional representation in the arbitration court. The main aim, pursued by the author, is to determine the legal nature of the institute of professional representation in the arbitration process, as well as to determine the further development of this institute in the framework of procedural reform in accordance with the views of state bodies and professional legal communities. There are main tasks of this paper: study of the institution of representation in the arbitration court, its subject and legal nature for the process, the main classifications of the institution of representation, the views of the academic community on the role of representative in the arbitration process, as well as the status of professional representative in the arbitration court and its further development.
