Court Fine as Criminal Law Measure

The subject of the paper is the court fine and its essence as a new basis for exemption from criminal liability, as well as the conditions for its application. The author analyzes the provisions of the criminal law, the jurisprudence and opinions of the scientific community with respect to innovations. The result of the analysis are suggestions on the introduction of amendments based on the identified gaps in regulation.
