Ownership Right of Premises Proprietors Common Property in Apartment House

Research is devoted to the analysis of the common property rights in an apartment house. In particular there are considered problems of compound, process of creation of common property right, some special aspects of posession, use, disposal of common property and defending of rights. Significance of the research is caused by a large number of disputes in court practice which are related with problems of qualification of objects as a part of common property, transfer of right on the land plot to proprietors of premises, powers of condominium associations. General problems related with the legal regulation of common property in an apartment house were researched, soutions of problems were suggested.
