Medical Secret: Actual Problems of Legal Regulation

The identification of the problems connected with protection of medical secret is necessary for further suppression of possible violations at its disclosure and protection. In this work the questions about the nature of medical secrecy and about its subjects are disclosed. One of the possible reasons of the frequent violation of the rights of patients is inaccurate regulation of the rules of information disclosure . To eliminate the existing shortcomings, certain problems of legal regulation are identified. The aim of the work is to study the legal nature of the Institute of medical secrecy and its essential features, to identify legal problems arising in the regulation and to propose possible ways of solving.
