For the Youth Parliament of Moscow there is a tendency that most of its projects are not related to lawmaking activity, which does not correspond to its main tasks.To identify the reason for such deviations in the learning methods of SNA. As a result, a social network of organization was built and a number of factors explaining this problem were revealed.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
