The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the application of export subsidies as a special measure of export support in the context of WTO rules. Based on the statistical material, the work analyzes the application of export subsidies in the Russian Federation and the United States. The obtained results allow to determine the factors constraining the use of export subsidies as measures of export support in the Russian Federation and determine the main ways of development of agency subsidies of the Russian Export Center.
