Analysis of Activity of PJSC "Novatek" and Development of Strategic Decisions

The final qualifying work is set out on 102 pages, includes 16 tables, 15 figures, 13 formulas and 12 applications. For its writing 70 sources of literature were used. Graduation qualification work consists of: introduction, four chapters, conclusion, list of literature and applications. The main objective of this work is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the activities of the oil and gas sector company (PAO Novatek) to identify the company's compliance with its strategic goals and develop strategic alternatives that best match the company's current position. In the first chapter "Market Analysis and Company Position on the Market", a description of the company and the market in which it operates is given. In the second chapter, "Methods of analyzing the activities of the enterprise", the theoretical and methodological foundations of the analysis of the enterprise's activities are considered. In the third chapter, "Results of the analysis of the activities of PJSC Novatek," an economic analysis of the market, a comprehensive analysis of the financial condition, "a strategic analysis of PJSC" Novatek. " In the fourth chapter, "Development of strategic decisions", the current strategy was revised and a strategic decision was developed, taking into account the conclusions drawn from the above analyzes. As a result, a complex of grounded conclusions, the results obtained and the ways of their implementation can be used by the organization PJSC "Novatek" and third-party companies.
