The Contarct of the Commercial Concession under Russian Legislation

Thе construction of the commercial concession was borrowed from foreign legislation. It is close to a model of franchising. Nowadays the agreement is widespread in Russian business. The aim of the present research is to reveal peculiarities of application of the contract in Russia as there is a hypothesis that the contract is not similar to an international prototype because of a special Russian historical path of law and economy development.
