Civil Law Protection of Real Estate Rights

For today Issues relating to the protection of rights to real estate are still topical. Court practice knows a lot of examples related to the presence of legal uncertainty regarding the use of certain methods of protection of rights, as well as the criteria for their separation from other means of protection that have certain external similarities. The result of foresaid legal conflict is the incorrect qualification of claims by the plaintiffs, as well as by the courts. In the present work the author gives an analysis of actual practical problems related to the protection of rights to real estate, and also suggests ways to resolve them.
