Peculiarities of the Consideration of Corporate Disputes in the Arbitration Process

This master's dissertation is devoted to the peculiarities of corporate disputes in the arbitration process. The purpose of the course work was to identify the main features of this legal institution by making a detailed analysis of the current legislation on corporate disputes. Particular attention is paid to the content of the concept of "corporate dispute" and the issue of jurisdiction and jurisdiction of corporate disputes. In order to solve the problems of legal regulation identified in this work, proposals are formulated to improve legislation and law enforcement practice
