Right to Strike in International Labour Law

This paper is dedicated to the consideration of the right to strike as an element of international labor law. The author analyzes the historical aspect of the right to strike and the main historical events affected its formation. There's an analysis of the regulation of the right to strike in various international legal acts, including the conventions of the International Labor Organization and the European Convention on Human Rights of 1950. The author analyzes the nature of the right to strike, as well as the conditions under which its use may be limited and even prohibited. A separate chapter is dedicated to the comparison of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of the right to strike and international standards.
