In this paper we analyze Kaspersky Lab's business internationalization. We also investigate the main stages of the company's international market entry and describe the main features of each stage. In addition, we provide a theoretical review on the internationalization of the company's activities, which includes an analysis of the reasons for business expansion, the main approaches to the international market entry, as well as the possible risks associated with foreign business expansion. The study also includes an analysis of the international and domestic anti-malware markets. The main conclusion of the work is the fact that Russian companies can successfully enter the international market. The best proof for this is an example of Kaspersky Lab. However, the methods of business internalization differ from those described in classical theoretical models because of the country particularities.
