Accounting for the Economic Sanctions Factor in Growth Models

Thesis on "Accounting for the Economic Sanctions Factor in Growth Models" is devoted to the problem of the impact of economic sanctions on economic growth and their integration into growth models. The paper studies the possibility of taking into account the factor of sanctions in growth models. The relevance of this topic is due to the geopolitical situation in which the main players on the world stage use sanctions as a tool of pressure on their opponents, especially this topic is relevant for Russia in view of the sanctions imposed against it. The main purpose of the work is to analyze the direction of the impact of sanctions on the economy and consider the possibility of taking into account this influence within the framework of various models of economic growth. In the course of writing, various models of economic growth and their development were analyzed, as well as the tendency of development of sanctions instruments of pressure. Factors that influence the success of sanctions and indicators that reflect the possible impact of sanctions on growth were identified. As a result, conclusions were drawn about the effect that sanctions have on the economy, as well as regarding the accounting of sanctions in growth models.
