Influence of Fiscal Policy on Development and Protection of Competition in Russian Oil Refining Sector

The purpose of the paper is to research the influence of fiscal policy on development and protection of competition in Russian oil refining sector. First chapter describes interdependence of fiscal policy and competition and its influence on competition, and conducts the analysis of changes in modern fiscal policy in Russian oil refining sphere. Second chapter focuses on the development of basic model of interdependence of companies’ economic indicators and markers of competition from changes of fiscal policy. Third chapter evaluates the level of competition in oil refining sphere in 2013-2017, and indicates prospective fiscal instruments to raise competitiveness of companies in the sphere and competition level in refining industry.
