This work is dedicated to the topic of Judicial Proving and Proofs in Civil trial. The main legal act which is used for researching judicial proving and judicial proofs in civil trial is the Civil Procedural Code of the Russian Federation. The huge role in the research is given to the Decrees of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. The research also includes the doctrine and the cases of the court practice.
