This work is dedicated to the topic of Judicial Proving and Proofs in Civil trial. This topic is highly important because the application of legal norms is based on should finding out all essential circumstances of the case. It needs the application of rules which regulate Judicial Proving and Proofs in Civil trial. The work contains the complex analysis and review of basic problems connected with Judicial Proving and Proofs in Civil trial. For example, the definition and the aims of Judicial Proving are studied in the work. In the work the elements and the stages of Judicial Proofs are defined. The definition of Judicial Proofs is defined, Judicial Proofs are classified. In the work the rules of assessment of Judicial proofs are investigated and systematize. In the work attention especially payed to the questions of different means of proving. A lot of legal acts were used for the researching of that issue. The main legal act which is used for researching judicial proving and judicial proofs in civil trial is the Civil Procedural Code of the Russian Federation. The huge role in the research is given to the Decrees of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. The research also includes the doctrine and the cases of the court practice.
