Administrative Proceedings for the Execution of State Control and Supervision Functions

The state control and supervision for entrepreneurs’ activity imply many different administrative proceedings in order to reduce the number of violations in the field of business. The main purpose of the study is to analize the features of control and supervision in the entrepreneurial sphere. What is more, there are many problems in law regulation of administrative proceedings for the implementation of the state control and supervision, such as mixing of some definitions like «administrative process» and «administrative proceeding», or, for example, «contradictory administrative and judicial practice». Deduction and induction, analysis, document-based analysis, case study, the formal legal method are being used in the thesis. Based on researched data the author will attempt to develop the system of legal principles of state control and supervision for entrepreneurs’ activity.
