Development of Methods for the Delivery of Oversized cargo (on the Example of "Major Cargo Service")

Currently, many companies in the conditions of uncertainty of the environment are faced with the need to improve the level of the provided service in order to increase their competitiveness in the transport services market, attract new and retain existing customers. In this situation, the company faces two challenges: to take a place on the international market and win the trust of customers. The purpose of this master project is to develop a methodology for the delivery of overloaded goods by the company "Major Cargo Service". The object of research in this work is the logistic activity of this company. The subject of research in this work is to increase the efficiency of the use of company resources. To solve the company's problems, it is planned to make changes in the organisational structure of the management, as well as forecasting and compilation of several oversized sized cargo transportation projects. All these solutions allow us to increase the level of the company's logistics service, as well as the profitability of the company's assets through increased profits. The measures proposed in this paper should cause positive changes in the company’s performance, which determines practical significance of the results of this master's thesis
