Implementation of the Principle of Transparency in Activities of the Executive Authorities of Russian Federation (2014-2017)

The result of the research is a comprehensive analysis of the institution of transparency as a mechanism for counteracting corruption. The main regulatory legal acts regulating the sphere of counteracting corruption in the Russian Federation were analyzed, the main stakeholders were identified as having regulatory powers to reform the institute and not having them. The monitoring of the official websites of federal executive bodies was carried out, namely the section "Counteraction to Corruption", during which the accountability of ministries to third parties was checked. The interviews helped to give an expert assessment of the Institute's implementation.
