Corporate Social Responsibility at the Enterprises in Energy Sector in Germany

Nowadays with the accelerating processes of globalization of international markets, there is an increasing interest of the society in observing the principles of corporate social responsibility at the enterprises. At present corporate social responsibility plays a key role in the energy sector. The incentives for companies in pursuing policies and practices are aimed at solving social and environmental problems are strong as never before. And in order to succeed it is necessary to adhere to the basic principles of CSR and constantly develop in this direction. The largest enterprises of the energy complex in Germany pay great attention to social responsibility in the course of their activities. This is due both to the acceleration of the process of globalization and to the fact that compliance with CSR norms creates competitive advantages, which allows us to continue to reach a new level. Also, the development of innovations in the sphere of CSR is actively encouraged by the state authorities in Germany.
