Electronic Proceedings in Civil and Arbitration Procedure

The present research refers to a newly evolving branch of studies originating in the domain of Russian judicial system. This study aimed at investigating major issues pertaining to the sphere of electronic judiciary. The general purpose of the project will help to illuminate the list of problems that now exist in the field of e-justice. The techniques employed in the present study such us an interview method and survey method are powerful tools for pooling information about the most sufficient problems in this domain. The analysis of the current situation in this field could advance our understanding of the nature of electronic justice likewise serve as a basis for creating a strategy for solving the existing practical problems of electronic litigation. Studies of e-justice are intended to shed more light on substantial practical problems and to stimulate others to come closer to understanding the grounds of these problems and suggesting all possible ways for solving them. In future, it seems worthwhile to put theory into practice in order to work out the effectual techniques to prevent the emergence of practical problems and to facilitate access to justice for citizens. Further research in this area of studies could provide impetus for the development of new ways of using modern technologies in the activities of the judiciary.
