The main form of entrepreneurial activity is the creation of commercial organizations, which in turn use means of individualization to distinguish their products, goods and services from other competitors. This legal category is widespread not only in the sphere of civil and intellectual law, but also in corporate relations, thus affecting the rights and duties of their subjects. This institute is constantly improving, expanding its sphere of interaction with other objects of civil turnover. The purpose of the research is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current legislation, doctrinal sources, and also on their basis the development of proposals for improving the right to a company name according to the sources studied

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.

Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.

In the event that a thesis is quoted or otherwise used, reference to the author’s name and the source of quotation is required.
