The author of this study is SitnikovaValentina E. . The subject of this research is the Constitutional rights of the person in the sphere of ecology in the Russian Federation. This work consists of an introduction, three chapters divided into paragraphs, conclusion and bibliography. The first chapter, divided into two paragraphs, is devoted to the study of the concept and history of the formation of constitutional environmental rights of the individual in the Russian Federation. The second chapter is divided into three paragraphs and deals with the content of the triad of basic constitutional rights of the individual in the field of ecology. In the third chapter, the author examines the guarantees that ensure the implementation of environmental rights of the individual in the Russian Federation. The author of the study attempts to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of constitutional rights of the individual in the field of ecology in the Russian Federation, which has a certain theoretical significance because in the modern scientific legal literature there is a lack of systematic research in this area. In addition, the author proposes his definition of the constitutional rights of the individual in the field of ecology, as well as their place in the system of other constitutional rights of the individual.
