Today the situation in the world is such that the Russian Federation is in a certain economic isolation from Western countries. Every year, the attraction of credit financing from abroad, in connection with the sanctions imposed on our country, is becoming more problematic. The business operating in the Russian Federation is increasingly difficult to attract new customers and to develop in this regard, every business action is evaluated through the prism of efficiency and the business is forced to behave effectively. The same applies to the regions of Russia, which meet with the same problems only at the macro level.
