The issue of defense of children’s rights in Palestine is becoming increasingly important in the context of human rights discourse. However, no investigations to date have indicated what rights exactly Palestinian children have and what measures have already been taken to defend them. Therefore, this study aims at presenting an overview of children’s rights in Palestine and determining to what extent the children are provided with their rights today. The quantitative method will be used to gather the legislative documents and the statistical data concerning the children’s rights in Palestine. The relevance of a source and the content of such words as “children’s rights”, “Palestine”, or “human rights’ defense” will be the most significant selective criteria for the information which will be included in the study. The research may shed light on the children’s rights in Palestine, identifying their features and defense as well as presenting the current situation of the children.
