The paper proposes a method for assessing the reputation of participants in a decentralized network. The method is constructed in such a way as to minimize the possibility of artificial "cheating" of reputation points and incentivise network participants to fulfill their duties conscientiously. The possible behavior of the network participants was considered taking into account the introduced reputation and rules of encouragement and penalties. To model the system, anylogic software was used. This paper describes a decentralized system that solves the problem of trust and equity. The system is designed primarily to work with processes built on the basis of block technology technologies that use smart contracts, but it has reverse technological compatibility and can be used to ensure the trust of data and fair dispute resolution in processes built on any other technologies.
