Creation of Institutes of Leading Standardization in Internet of Thing (IoT) Area

The thesis is devoted to the problems of accelerating the development of Internet of things technologies and the use of an open technology Alliance for this purpose. Through the work explains the importance of influence on the development of this pool of technologies in Russia and the expediency of acceleration of such development through the creation of sectoral technological Alliance with the goal of unification and standardization of the developed technologies. A model of such an Alliance is being developed, its main functions, mission and goals are being defined. After the model is built, it tested by experts review. A list of comments is formed, after which the model is adapted in accordance with the comments received, as well as in accordance with the currently existing development institutions in the Russian Federation. The work contains 135 pages, 7 tables, 18 figures and diagrams, including 13 appendices. The results of the design showed that within the existing market of the Internet of things in Russia and the scale of the task to be solved, the full implementation of the task is impossible. However, as part of the addressing of the experts ' comments, an alternative solution to the problem with the participation of Russian development institutions under the scheme of public-private partnership was proposed. This is a combined solution and can be considered an effective incentive in this area.
