В данной работе дается теоретическое описание текущего состояния международного и отечественного рынков нефтесервисной отрасли и ряда компаний, лидирующих на них, компании Schlumberger как представителя индустрии, а также краткое изложение теории снабженческой деятельности с учетом специфики объекта исследования. Также в анализе приводятся рекомендации по улучшению эффективности системы снабжения и деятельности компании Schlumberger в целом.
