Mechanisms of State Support of Promotion Renewable Energy in Germany

The urgency of the topic is due to the importance of the implemented policy of the transition of Germany to the new power conception, which is having a great influence on the development of the country's economy at whole. The goal of this study is to assess the success of AES in the electricity system in Germany. The object of this work is the German electricity sector. The subject is the state mechanisms of the support of the promotion renewable energy in Germany. The theoretical base relies on the Russian and foreign publications related to AES in the electricity sector and the mechanisms of the state support renewable energy. In order to implement the goals, the study was divided into the three chapters. In the first one the current situation and tendencies of the development of the German electricity sector were reviewed, in the second chapter the role of Via and its promotion mechanisms are under the analysis, in the third one the designed model and the results are presented. The structure of the research is designed according to the goals and the objectives and consists of the introduction, the main part which includes three chapters, the lists of used literature and applications. The general tendencies, having place in the world and German energy systems, are enlightened. The history of forming the German energy system, the main causes and factors of accepting the new energy course in FDR. Also the usage of the main mechanisms of promotion renewable energy in the world and in Germany were analyzed. The model of forecasting the main trends and the indexes of development of the renewable energy in Germany was built. The conclusion contains the main conclusions of the presented research.
