ABSTRACT The purpose of this work is to develop an educational and information service to facilitate socio-cultural adaptation of labor migrants from Kyrgyzstan. The idea of the project and development are based on: - the author`s personal experience in migration and social entrepreneurship in the field of migration; - lack of migration policy in Russia; - disinterest by diaspora organizations in solving issues of Kyrgyz labor migrants; - the pre-project study, which consists of 5 cases analysis, the result of which is a problem map of the above cases; - the description of the target audience; - SWOT-analysis of existing competitor- projects.
